Class Schedule, Requirements & Costs
Requirements:
You must hold at least a Learner's Driver License or hold a regular Class E Operator's drivers license, assuring basic knowledge of traffic laws, road signs and rules of the road.
Sign the required releases and documents.
Equipment:
WE PROVIDE THE MOTORCYCLES & HELMETS
You WILL need:
- Full length sturdy pants (no shorts)
- Long sleeve shirt
- Over the ankle footwear
- Full fingered gloves
- Eye protection (sunglasses & glasses are OK)
- DOT approved helmet (or use ours) Be considerate and bring a bandanna if you use our loaner helmet.
Highly recommended:
- Sun screen
- Rain gear. Classes are "rain or shine" as long as it is safe to ride.
- A snack- you will not be able to leave the range except at lunch.
- Water - we will provide, anything else you need to bring.

We can put you on a waiting list in case there is a cancellation.
Upon successful completion of the Basic RiderCourse FL Keys 1st MRS will electronically submit the result to the Florida DHSMV. All you need to do is go to your local Driver License Office, show proper I.D. and get your Motorcycle Endorsement on your driver license. No further testing is required.
